In the beginning, there was nothing. And then Chaos erupted into existance. He ruled his new kingdom with an Iron fist that sometimes was made of copper. He was an impressive figure. A Being of Fire, water, Air earth, light dark, love and hate. Entertained too, but mostly bored. He wandered his universe searching for what he could not be sure existed but knew that it did. He wandered Many eons...or was it minutes? Who can tell for what does time matter to Chaos. He found it at the far or...well wherever it was he found it there. Or should I say She? Magic was stirring. She was so strikingly beautiful, how could Chaos help but be repulsed? So disgusted was he in her that he stared awestruck at her gloriously hideous face. She turned him completely off, so he made love to her then and there. The usual, well...unusual since it was the first of it's kind took place. Magic concieved Chaos's Children. Thus were the two godlings born. Dal'Arath Was born of seed containing Darkness, evil, Hatred and Cruelty. His twin brother, Tor'Aketh Was born of Light, goodness, love, and Kindness. Sired by Chaos and delivered by Chaos, the godlings had immense power. And with great power...comes the desire to use it. there is very little for gods to do with the nothingness and Fire that gave off darkness that was the universe of Chaos. So they snuck off to a far reaching corner of their Sire's universe, and created the world. Summoning forth earth out of nothingness, They made a Flat surface in a perfect sphere, 100,000 miles in Diameter. Then summoning forth water, they created the Sea of Storms. As the world was flat with no edges to hold it in, water cascaded towards their Father's realm. However, due the heat from the black fire, the water evaporated before it got very far. The steam rose up and created the never ending storm around the entire edge of the world, that has ever been the bane or savior of mariners. The world sculpted to their liking, the godlings began to create the peoples. Dal’Areth brought into the world, Orcs, Werewolves, Darshin, and Witches. His brother brought forth Wulfen, Humans, Elves, The earthen, and Druids. For a while all was well. But once more the gods grew bored. So they brought forth creatures into the world. Some benevolent, some, not so much. But still the world was boring. So they appealed to their mother for aid. They begged of her to give their creations, magic. She agreed. On one condition. Their father agreed to allow her. Chaos was astounded. They had brought order into his imperfect flawless universe! How he HATED his BELOVED children. He agreed. But they must let him take part. Overjoyed that he had agreed with as little confusion as possible they rejoiced an accepted. But who would hold dominance over the world? It was Tor’Aketh who came up with the answer. Layer three dimensions on top of one another. And to control which dimension was dominant, The gods formed of their blood, The Sword of Kings, and Death Hammer. Chaos created The Citadel and Pedestal of Mastery. Whichever key was in the pedestal, That godling would control, but when no key were present, Well Chaos Reigned supreme. It wasn’t very long before Chaos realized he had gotten the short end of the stick. With No people to make war and begin his era for him, the eras of chaos were few and far between. Chaos grew angry and tried to destroy the plaything of the gods. It took all of their might but the gods erected wards strong enough to keep their father out. For a while. Chaos bided his time. What was time to him? He would destroy the world when the barriers weakened. And this time, he would not come alone.

Rules Of Magic
Depending upon your Race and class, Magic is available for use. But like everything, magic has it's price. The most common form yet the most complex I will delve into first. It is the title of the book: Blood Magic:Exactly like it sounds, Blood magic requires payment. Usually, blood. Magic is a wild force and can only be chained and focused by a power equal to it's own. Lifeforce. The smallest living thing is a cell. The more blood you spill, the more powerful your spell will be. For you particularly Clever people who may have already figured this out, the blood does not necessarily have to be your own. Blood is blood. Killing a person works even better. Thats a TON of life force. You can only gather the life force once something KNOWS it's going to die, or is dying. Simple enough.
Earth Magic:This one can be more powerful then blood magic. The world itself lends it's life to your cause. For you DBZ fans sort of like Gokus's spirit bomb. The spells are infinetly more powerful, but the world has to consent, and you don't get all the power you need at once. For these spell casters, RPing will be difficult. I will decide when the world consents. You May want to store power in gemstones. You can do that.
Witchcraft This one is UNIQUE to witches. Witches appear to be beautiful human women, but at some point or other They sold their souls to Dal'Arath And lay with him on a moonless night. They get THEIR powers once a year. On Hallows Eve. The Lure small children away from their homes, and steal their futures. This allows the witch almost unmatched power through the year. And they alone can brew potions.
